Overview

The Surefoot Flat Sheet product is produced in 2.4m x 1.2m long sheets making it ideal for walkways, ramps, gangways, factory floors and many more pedestrian applications.

The anti-slip flooring Flat Sheet, like the SafeStep Stair Tread covers, also has a silicone and carbon grit chemically bonded to the top surface and gives unbelievable slip resistance even in wet or oily conditions. The sheets can be quickly and easily installed, fitting over the existing substrate, simply bonded using a suitable structural adhesive.

Durability
Surefoot Flat Sheets are a high quality composite of glass woven matting and as standard impregnated with a isophthalic polyester resin. The energy absorption and flexibility of the product ensures its long life in even in the busiest of environments.

Slip Resistant
A compound of a special formula of grit is added in the final layer of laminate providing an excellent slip resistant, yet very hard wearing, surface.

Corrosion Resistant
Surefoot Flat Sheets are resistant to a wide range of chemicals making the product perfectly suited for use in even the harshest of environments.

Simple to install
The versatility of Surefoot Flat Sheet allows it to be applied to almost any surface such as concrete, steel or wood. Due to the sheets being supplied as a finished product they can be walked on straight away thus keeping disruption to a minimum.

Related products
The SafeStep stair covers products are a 4mm thick profile which is designed to give a full covering of the whole stair or landing areas. The covers are pre-formed fibreglass profile with a top surface offering excellent slip properties due to the carbon grit which is chemically bonded to the top surface.

The sheets are nominally 4mm thick
A cutting service is available to cut the Flat Sheet to your specified sizes.
Standard cut down sizes are: 1200mm x 1200mm and 1200mm x 800mm

Applications

Fixing kits are available for all Non-Slip Safety Products.
