Overview

The Surefoot Flat Tiles have all the features of Surefoot Flat Sheets but are supplied in an easy to handle 600mm x 600mm x 4mm thick tile. The important advantage of using tiles is that should one panel become damaged, it is an extremely easy task to remove and replace with a new one.

Benefits

Slip Resistant
Standard NonSlip products use a compound of a special formula of grit which is added in the final layer of laminate providing an excellent slip resistant and hard wearing surface. The top surface offers excellent slip properties due to the carbon grit which is chemically bonded to the top surface.

Hard Wearing
The construction process of Surefoot Flat Tiles ensure that it is extremely tough and durable and able to withstand a heavy traffic environment.

Easy to Replace
It is well known with any flooring material that, over time, areas can become worn and damaged due to surface impacts. Surefoot Flat Tiles are extremely hard wearing but even so its panel sizing allows, in the event of damage, for small sections to be replaced.

Simple Installation
Surefoot Flat Tiles come with five pre-drilled holes and so can simply be screw fixed to an existing substrate.

Technical

The production method of Surefoot Flat Tiles, which is made via a Sheet Mould Compound (SMC), ensures good dimensional accuracy, good clean edges which are free from residue and also allows each tile to butt together or be left with a small expansion gap, much like traditional ceramic floor tiles.

The standard stock colours are Black and Stone, however, as with our standard Surefoot Flat Sheet, any BS or RAL colour is available subject to minimum order quantity and an extended delivery lead time.

Fixing kits are available for all Non-Slip Safety Products.
