Available in the dimensions above, all 3mm thick with chamfered side edges.
Made from tough fibreglass with a grit top surface. These strips are the ideal solution to help with slippery decking areas. Strips come complete with pre-drilled holes and screw fixings. Simply lay the strips on top of your decking and screw through the pre-drilled holes into the timber to secure the strips in place. It couldn't be easier.
Please Note: Timber is not included with the decking strips.

Safe-Deck Max

Safe-Deck Max is the ultimate decking solution and a viable alternative to traditional timber profiles. Whilst aesthetically pleasing, Safe-Dex Max is also much stronger than timber of the same thickness and unsupported spans of up to 1350mm can be achieved without additional supports.

Safe-Deck Max panels are a high quality complete composite profile. This means that unlike traditional materials like standard timbers the Safe-Deck Max profiles will not rot, twist or warp over time.

Slip Resistant
An important benefit to Safe-Deck Max over traditional materials is the compound grit which is added to the top surface to provide an excellent slip resistant surface even in extreme weather conditions.

Structural Profile
Due to the ‘C’ Channel design, Safe-Deck Max is a complete replacement to timbers. It can simply be fixed to the existing support structure and walked on immediately. Spans of 1350mm can be achieved based on standard pedestrian traffic.

Aesthetics
Visually, Safe-Deck Max looks similar to timber decking planks once installed. Providing an aesthetically pleasing long term look.

Safe-Deck Max is available in individual plank profiles, 1200mm long and can be installed using techniques similar to those used when installing timber decking.

For larger projects, pre-connected panels can be made to order. This allows for several plank profiles to be connected together to form, in effect, a pallet of decking thus reducing installation time and fixings. An extended lead time should be allowed for pre-connected panels.

Colours

Standard stock colours for 1200mm lengths are decking brown. If ordering pre-connected panels any RAL colour is available subject to minimum order quantities.

Construction
