Safe-Line is a revolutionary new line marking product aimed at providing a permanent solution to companies factory plant line marking requirements.

Safe-Line is a tough pultruded (continuous process composite material) fibreglass profile. The construction method, which combines resin and fibres, means that it is an exceptionally hard wearing product designed for long life.

Definition: pultruded is a process for producing continuous fibres for advanced composites which involves pulling re-inforcements through tanks of thermoset resins, a pre-former, and then a die where the product is formed into its final shape.

Benefits

Permanent Solution
It is quick and simple to install by either glueing and screwing to the existing substrate or can be simply glued using a structural adhesive.

Tactile Guidance
As with the majority of the NonSlip range such as the Safe-Edge stair nosings, the profiles have a compound of a special formula of grit that is added in the final layer of laminate.

Rugged and Hardwearing
Tough hard wearing fibreglass makes up the core of the material, offering a long term solution

Technical

Dimensions

Safe-Line comes in standard lengths of 3000mm. It has pre-drilled holes at approximately 500mm centres.
Safe-Line is 50mm wide and 3mm thick.
Chamfered sides have been incorporated to reduce the possibility of causing a trip hazard.
