Overview

Surefoot Flexi is a nominally 1mm thick flexible GRP sheet with an anti slip grit top surface, ideally suited for use in low traffic areas. Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) is a fibre reinforced polymer made of a plastic matrix reinforced by fine fibres of glass. It is a lightweight, extremely strong, and robust material. Its bulk strength and weight properties are also very favourable when compared to metals and provide the further advantage it can be easily formed by moulding. The product is constructed using flexible resins, which allows the sheet to be laid on undulating surfaces and walkways where a less flexible sheet may not be suitable.

Slip Resistance
Like other standard NonSlip products Surefoot Flexi sheets use a compound of a special formula of grit which is added in the final layer of laminate providing an excellent slip resistant and hard wearing surface.

Versatile Material
Surefoot Flexi sheet is made from a material only 1mm thick of flexible resins which allows for the material to be laid over substrates that are not completely flat and will also mould to the substrate shape.

Simple to install
The Flexi sheets are quick and easy to install as it can be simply bonded down to the substrate using a suitable structural adhesive.

Technical

Surefoot Flexi sheeting is available in standard stock sheet sizes of 2400mm x 1200mm and for speedy delivery is supplied in 600mm sheets.

The larger sheets are intended for simple fast installation of large areas while the 600mm sheets allow for easy replacement of damaged areas, without the need to purchase full sized sheets.

Colours

In the 2400mm x 1200mm sheet, stock colours are black, yellow and white. The 600mm sheets are available only in black.

Fixing kits are available for all Non-Slip Safety Products.
